Every Site Care plan includes unlimited email and text support, plus up to two consultant calls per month. Instead of submitting a generic support ticket or explaining your business to someone new every time, you have an ongoing point of contact who already knows the website, brand, and bigger picture behind the business.
Does Site Care include website changes? +
It depends on the plan. Site Care: Basic focuses on the technical and administrative management of the website. Site Care: Core adds ongoing content support such as copy, images, service updates, and other routine website changes. Site Care: Plus includes everything in Core along with ongoing SEO support.
What kind of analytics are included? +
Site Care includes ongoing visibility into how the website is performing. Reporting can help us understand traffic, user activity, popular pages, acquisition sources, and other patterns that provide useful context about how people are finding and using the site.

Basic and Core still benefit from a properly managed website, but they are not ongoing SEO plans.
